I use a Vitamix at home for large recipes, and a Tribec personal blender for small-batch stuff like sauces. Frankly, the Tribec gets the most love.

All you recipes are amazine, especially due to being raw. Can I ask what brand your blender is? It seems so effectively powerful.

Ha- yes, the agave does help balance out the dressing. I also know there's a lot of people out there that can't stand the taste of fresh cilantro . . . and this recipe uses quite a bit of it. Personally, I adore cilantro, but you could try reducing or nixing some of the fresh herbs if you find it to be too much. Thanks for sharing your results! :)

I just realized that i didn't add any Agave Nectar...I'm sure that would have made a difference and sweetened it up :-) Will have to try again...
