your carrot avocado salad is not clear..
when you say 2 lime.. do you mean 2 whole lime.. or 2 tbsp of lime.. and can we substitute for lemon.. and if so how much lemon.. ?
you also mentioned sesame seeds.. are they toasted sesame seeds.. or raw sesame seeds..
instead of flaxseed oil.. can we put other oil instead.. like olive.. grapseed.. coconut.. ?

2 whole limes. Limes are better than lemon for the other flavors. You can use raw or toasted sesame seeds – toasted have more flavor/raw has more nutrition. Olive oil or hemp oil would also work. I would not recommend grapeseed or coconut for this recipe. Hope that clears things up!
As a new vegan I was thrilled to find your site and try some of the recipes.
Hands down this is the best carrot salad I have ever made or eaten. The Best! The flavours go so well together and every bite is like a flavour burst – each one is delicious, but somewhat different.
I have also tried the No Bake Brownies and the Zuchini Fettucini.
We loved these recipes so much I ordered your cookbook. Can hardly wait to receive it!
