The holidays are just setting in and I’m stoked. I have an amazing (amazing!) pumpkin pie recipe that I’ll be posting in the next few days, just in time for Thanksgiving. In it, I’m using a special healthy sweetener called Yacon Syrup, which is made from a sweet, low glycemic root. I thought I’d give you a little headstart on the recipe, so here’s a quick video I did with Navitas Naturals featuring this exceptional ingredient. Watch the vid, go out and grab some yacon, and then meet me back here for a fabulous Pumpkin Pie! Tag!

PS: Shhhh…. there’s a big gorilla in the room, which explains why haven’t I been posting more as of late. It has to do with a big, fun project that’s been thrilling, and also excellent at eating up my time (gotta love the bad puns). I promise I’ll leak the big news soon, but in the meantime, let’s just say it’s delicious, healthy, and rhymes with lookshmook. Hmm. I’m not very good at this game, am I?

Let's stay in touch.
